I got a 90 civic with the amber check engine light on. Iâ€™m getting a 16 flash code from my ECU. What is happen is at low RPM or idle it seems to run good but when I start to raise the RPMâ€™s up to about 2000-2500 the engine starts to cut out. The best way to explain this in words is it acts like itâ€™s up against a Rev-Limiter but at slower rhythm. I have changed the fuel filter. I have gauged the fuel PSI at 41 PSI w/ the pressure regulator disconnected I have changed the entire fuel injection throttle body w/ infectors (because I could) I pinned out the main relay. It passed testing. Iâ€™m running out of ideasâ€¦ Iâ€™m a HD diesel tech and this LD gas crap got my pissed offâ€¦lol No the girl in the pic is not me; sheâ€™s just hot as hell!!!!
