1986 Honda CRX Si Ignition Switch Problem

My 1986 Honda CRX Si wont start unless I turn the ignition switch real fast, and hard. If I turn it slow the power comes on, but the starter won't turn over the engine. Does anyone know what I need to fix the problem? New switch? or another part needed? Thanks folks.
