1988 civic hatch wont turn off

i have a 1989 civic hatch and it will start and run fine but it wont turn off what could be the problem??? it is a d16b2 if thats needed?

i have the same problem in my 94 honda civic dx and i cant figure it out i changed the ignition switch and it does the same thing..... so if u find out what it is hit me up with the answer

preston from what i understand u need a new ignition switch.
