1990 B18a1 190k Ticking...

Hey...
My friends has a 1990 Acura Integra that has a B18A1 in it, its got 190k miles on it, its ticking, and its about to fall apart.
Would this engine be good to rebuild for a turbo application? How much would you pay for it?

I'd probably pay 250 for the complete drop out (engine tranny axles ECU pumps cooling). And as long as the block is fine, it can be rebuilt easily
