1990 Civic D15BA engine swap

I have a 1990 civic with a D15BA with auto trans., looking to swap to a Integra ODB0 ZC engine if possible. What would be the best swap for my ride?

90 civ what? Hatch, 4dr?
Unless you are gonna stay with an auto, just find another car thats a manual trans.
If you are close to Memphis, I got a 90 crx shell...? Cheap too!
