1990 Civic DX Hatchback

    im replacing the drivers side axle on a friends' civic.

    how many splines are on the hub side? it lists 2 different numbers. normally, id just buy one part and if it didnt fit - return it and get the other but neither are in stock.

    any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

    This happened to me when I was doing my '89 DX, as some parts dealers list the DX and STD as the same car. However I found out that the DX and Si have the same hubs, and the HF and STD have the same hubs. So instead of dealing with the confusion I just bought the Si ones.

    I believe its the 26 spline, or what ever number is the higher spline count.
