Hello everyone i have a 1990 integra ls. its cool and all but am interested in upgrading the motor have heard to go with ls/vtec and b16a swap. what do most of u recommend going with? and what all needs 2 b done to make it work? Help Please

i have the exact same car im in the process of dropping a b16a in... and the only reason i am is bcuz i got a fully built jdm b16a with tranny for a steal if it wasnt for that the car would be sold
