1991 ls integra need help im lost

i have a 1991 ls integra 5speed with a newer motor in it with about 46000 miles i just replaced the timing belt, spark plugs, and wires. when i go to take off at low rpms like 1000 to 2000 and let out on the clutch the car will idle down to like 100rpms almots dieing for a few seconds and then it picks back up if i start off at like 3000rpms then it is fine but the car is just very sluggish until i get to 3000rpms anybody know anything about this im lost.

if its hesitating then its mostly likely the distributor, could be a map sensor,or vacuum leak..
