1994 accord ex bad headgasket

I recently purchased a 94 ex accord after a few days of driving i noticed coolant and oil was leaking. I found that it had a bad head gasket but there was no oil in the coolant so the motor is still good. I took it to a shop to have the gasket replaced they honed the head down to a flat surface, but after putting it back together it was still leaking. This is because the block is not sealing around a oil port. Any ideas on how to fix this leak? I was planning on sticking in a H22 but dont have $ for that now.

The shop did use some of the copper sealant in hopes that would do the trick but no luck. Any idea how to get a flat and true surface on the block without mach. it down?
