1994 honda accord lx wont start

my Honda 1994 Honda accord lx wont start. The lights on the dashboard all come on and the starter does not even tick when the car is being tried to start. Shortly before this problem the car's dual electrical fans were malfunctioning with only one of the two operating then. Right before the car did not start during the prior drive both fans were not working. Does anyone know any possible solutions to this problem.

the battery is not sure about the starter. I was thinking it was a fuse blown?

could be just check them all, if not pull the starter.

Check the small wire with the spade terminal on the starter. Sometimes the spades will work loose.
