1996 Honda Prelude Si Auto

I recently bought a 1996 Honda Prelude Si Automatic with a blown head gasket. As I was taking apart the motor I noticed the white oil and coolant mixture was all the way up by the air filter. Is this normal on a blown head gasket? Should I just replace the motor? It has the H23A1 non vtec.
I'm located in Milwaukee, WI and could use some help. TIA

The 'breather' hose will suck in some gunk. This is why a lot of people bypass those or run catch cans on it.
