1997 h22a obd2 i think) in to my 1992prelude s(f22)

hi there. i can get a rolled 1997 prelude and i what to put the h22 in to my 1992 prelude. but the 97 is obd2 (i think) and my is obd1. so i will need a p13 ecu and to make the 97 obd2 to obd 1 and rewire for vtec.is this right i don't know. how to go from obd2 to obd1 is the big thing. all i can find is h23 to h22 but i thing it might be the same thing. any help wold be great.
