1999 accord v6 body kit question

call me a ricer or wutever but this isnt for my car....my friend has a 1999 v6 accord coupe and his bumpers are trashed....he wants the wings west my question is....is the wings west type-w kit a lip kit or full bumpers...i kno the front is an entire bumper but not sure about the rear...does anyone kno....and i cant find my answer anywhere else so ive turned to you people...help!

i don;t know off hand but i would assume its a complete kit, not just a lip kit, especially if the front is complete
