2 piston upgrade using oem parts?

is there a brake swap i can put onto my 91 crx to have 2 piston calipers up front? Ive heard about legends and stuff but noones putting out a straight answer. Teggys are only 1 piston right?
oh FYI its a 91 crx dx

so that gets me a bigger rotor, but those calipers are single piston arent they? Not much experiance with accords. That post rules.

The number of pistons isn't as important as overall piston area and fade resistance from rotor mass and ventilation. More pistons are nice, but they're not necessary.
