can someone answer my problem rather than talk aobut your lil dizzy buying adventures?
 
OK, what a nice looking civic! The multiple misfire and engine light blinking would be either the wires, coil, dizzy. That is what I have experienced in the past. Also. The fuel pump not primimg could be the main fuel relay which is under the dash near the left inside fender wall (best description I know to give you) There is a picture on HS that I have found in the past. Obviously you bought it already so if that doesn't work you may indeed need the Fuel pump. Although, one time I did have a car with a bad EGR Valve give me a multiple misfire and blinking CEL. Let me know.
