2000 CRV LS VTEC build

so this is my first post and ill try to be as clear as possible. i have a 2000 CRV with a B20Z2 engine. Ive been reasearching and i want to do a LS VTEC build. i want to put a B16 head on it and replace the pistons and connecting rods. what im wanting to know is what all would i have to do? parts needed other than the head the piston and rods? pitfalls and problems that will come up? im sorry if this has been posted before but im new to this forum and am still trying to figure things out. any help is greatly appreciated.
