2000 front end to Ek4 Sir JDM

Hello forum,
Just got my car last week , its a 97 Ek hatch with a 2000 front end, Interior power conversion, My question is about ek4 sir jdm bumpers, can i throw the new bumpers on without having to change out my current lights?? Also i would appreciate any advice on where to start with the car ( things that you did and regretted so i don't make the same mistake and also needless vs must have upgrades. Thanx in advance

If by EK4 bumpers you mean the ones that come with the side moldings then you are not going to be able to use your 2000 front lights, fenders, or hood because the parts are different between the 96-98s and the 99-00s.
