I just purchased a 2001 d17 vtec to replace my 89 DX's dead 1.5L...I am aware of how to rewire to use a d16z vtec motor, but this newer one has the distributorless ignition and a totally different intake manifold, not to mention some extra sensors. Has anyone tried doing this before, and if so, what exactly do I need to do to make this thing run. I already have the ECU, distributor, and intake from an 89 Si, and am hoping this stuff is compatable. please help.....
