2003 Honda Accord

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe with 50K miles. Recently when pushing on the gas my care is making a humming noise and my tachometer races up to 3 and im only doing 20-30mph. I just got an oil change and i used a fuel injector cleaner. What can be wrong with my car? Any suggestions?
