I'm sure they build on a much larger scale. You just can't look at every part of every car going out the door. It's just unrealistic at their production scale.

Honda paint markers damn near ever part. That shit is checked. I'm not sure what their failure rate is now but it used to be well under 1%. GM/Dodge is much higher.

The Toyota shit was nonsense. Fucking NASA, N A S A!!!, you know, spaceships and shit, couldn't find anything wrong with any mechanical or computer components.

Ok seeing as how I work at a volvo dealer as a volvo tech I think I should put my 2 cents about the s40 recall.........its not a big deal lol all that recall has me do is install new stops in the front of the seat rail for the power seats. That's all that recall is.
