I'm only getting 20mpg, I have not done anything yet as I just got the car. How much could the O2 Sensor boost my MPG? Or should I just start with plugs and wires first before I do the O2?

a bad o2 sensor will cause you to run rich,which means using more gas than needed,,that would cause low mileage...
do plugs/wires and o2..it wont hurt anything
I have a 93 Del Sol. The original VTEC was blown and replaced with a D16B. I have only had it two weeks, last week I did keep better control of my foot on the gas but not much difference there, maybe 2-3 mpg.
