    I have the Neuspeed 1.8 inch drop on the front. A friend swore up and down they will fit. Now that they are here they look too tall.
    Am I phucked, or can I just remove the fender liner.

    Those are a little big, normally people use 205/40r17, maybe rolling the fender will help?

    Those are definitely too tall for a 97 Civic. They might FIT, but they're the wrong diameter to match what your transmission wants to see.
