240 clutch adjustment

i'm trying to fix a few things to sell my 240 and i think that the clutch pedal is bottoming out before the clutch is fully disengaged. is there a way to adjust it and open the clutch up a bit more?
 
bleed the hydro cylinder. its under the car in the driveshaft tunnel. i had 1/2 a pedal of clutch play before the pedal got stiff and did that... got a full throw now.
 
To adjust the clutch, look under the dash where the master cylinder comes through the firewall. There is a threaded shaft with a nut and washer connected to the pedal assembly. You adjust the clutch by moving the nut up and down the threaded shaft until you find a comfortable level of adjustment.

P.S. you could have a bad master cylinder, $30 at autozone :D
