I have a 99 civic, which is manual, although it's got essentially the same engine as the d16 (just destroked) I have a 3-wire iacv. The p2p ecu wants to see a 2-wire iacv. How do I rewire the 3-wire to work like a 2-wire, if possible?

For my mini-me, I bought a y8 IM (with a 3-wire iacv), y8 head, and the misc stuff you need for it, including a p2p ecu, and a p28 now with hondata s300. Will this become a problem having a 3-wire for the swap? I'd really prefer not to have to machine the IM to accept a 2-wire iacv.

Bottom line: Is it possible to use a 3-wire iacv with an ecu expecting a 2-wire?
