B18 into a Civic is one of the most common swaps out there. I guess it depends though, if you're talking about a 2001+ Civic, then it wouldn't really be practical, but any 88-2000 Civic yes, you can do it fairly easily.

of course you can man but if its 01 and up civic i dont think they make motor mounts for it for. the only motor mounts ive seen are from hasport and are for a k20 swap
