What would be the difference between these two Eibach springs: 4007.140 and 4017.140. The first is for a 88-91 civic, the other for an EG. Are they interchangable?

Are the spring rates very different? Are the sizes close enough so that they are interchangable? I can get a great deal on a set, that's why I need to know. thx
