what are you talking about. i got those pistons for 125 dollars used.

i took 8.5:1 compression because that s what was cheap.
i traded a mani for those rods, my cost 60 bucks.
paid 20 for the convo harness
80 for the injectors, which i previously owned and bought back from the kid
79 for gasket set.
and traded a few things for the clutch, my cost, 120 bucks...

its all there, its al cheap.. god bless the good deals//

transmission is a stock gsr hydro tranny, stock axles for now, i plan to break a few sets.

car is a 1996 teg gsr. every option except leather.

how come you never mentioned you paid $160.38 for your distributor? Or $115.00 for your head studs? or $105 shipped for your gasket kit? Maybe a 2 grand budget turbo build? But dont make it seem like what it is not. Ebay cant lie either.... so these prices are real

any way you cut it, its around 1500. i am not including basic parts like distributor and clutch in the cost fo the turbo specific part of the buld. thats shit that you would already have.

thats 220 for gaskets and headstuds.
add that to a 400 dollar longblock.
125 dollar pistons
60 for rods
40 for block filler.
resued bearings,

what do u get.... 845 dollars..... thats rediculously cheap for a solidly built b16a long block.

now the turbo kit. theres maybe 500 into that.

so yeah its defintly in the 1500 dollar range give or take 100.

the end result is a slammin setup for less than it would cost you to build a motor noemally, not including the long block itself...

i sold my previous dizzy and rebought a new one with the money so i basically broke even. no cost there.
