#8 is good for 250 watts or so in real watts - so, that's fine.

Check out crutchfield for a JL Audio amp. Slash V2 250 watt. It's a digital amp and will put out clean 250 JL watts anywhere between 1.5-4ohm. I think they are selling it for $220 right now.

well, i ran a new ground and there was no change so i then double checked the hot, and everything still no change, and i ruled out the rca cable because it will do that with or without the rca cables being plugged in, so new amp it is. im gona see what his budget is and post up hat amp he wants.

well his budget is tighter than i was thinking so we will be going with one of these or something in this range

up date, just installed the new amp and that fixed the problem. all i got to do know if try and adjust everything right for the biggest boom with out blowing the speakers lol. here the amp i went with
