Seems about right, but I am a cheapass who tries to get good deals. You might contact Hmotorsonline.com. I hear that they give better deals when you talk to them than what you see on the website. Worth a shot.
 
So you're saying that I'm going to get a brand new ECU or am I just switching out a few of the pins?
 
It's the ECU code. P72 for a GSR, P13 for a Prelude, etc. I think we have an article on this in our reference section, or maybe in the Articles section. I'm too lazy to look it up. :)
