5 wire o2 sensor to any other?

I have a 1993 Honda Civic VX Model. It has a 5 wire o2 sensor. Auto Zone charges $500 for that one sensor. Thats crazy. Besides buying another one is there any other way to convert to a 4 wire or other? Besides changing the wiring harness and computer I mean.

you can get a generic bosch sensor for like 60 bucks.... but it won't polug in (you'll have to cut/solder the connection.

don't the VX models have a wideband-like sensor?

the vx models are the only models that have a 5 wire o2 sensor. im not sure what you meant by a wideband-like sensor. but the only cars besides the 92-95 civic vx that have the same 5 wire o2 sensor are the 96-2000 civic (manual only), 03-04 accord, and i think the 04-05 acura mdx. problem with that is the newer cars on the list are almost impossible to find at a junk yard and ive never seen a vx model 92-95 civic at the junk yard.
