Whenever I shift into fifth gear, and only in fifth gear, i feel and hear a grinding from the transmission, (or maybe the clutch?) and want to know if anyone has ever had a related problem or knows what i gotta do about it. Also, if I pump the clutch in neutral about 3 times before i put it in fifth and go real slow, sometimes it'll go smooth. :(

If I were you, I would not even mess with it myself. Go to a shop and let them do it for you.

If you haven't been inside a tranny before then you really should have a shop do it for you.
