The scientist who made the predictions retracted them yesterday, saw it on the news. He said it was due to faulty information, but he has been given credit for predicting 2 earthquakes, 1 in Japan and 1 in Spain. I'm glad he was wrong about this one though.

Japan got two huge earthquakes the other day of magnitudes 6.8 and 7.1 in 1 day but they called them aftershocks on the news.

That's what I thought. I was surprised to hear the news call them aftershocks, but that's what they said. :unsure:
