I was thinking of buying a 70 mm STR throttle body.

Here is my setup

B16 vtec head
CTR cams, valvesprings and retainers, str cam gears
JDM type r header with 2.5 collector
Injen 3" CAI
AEBS (type r style) intake with 65 mm inlet

B20b block
JE 12:1 pistons

Tuned with hondata

I can get all str throttle bodies at the same price. So I went for the largest, will having too large of a throttle hurt power at all, or will it be fine?

Thanks

warning on the STR throttle bodies, they stick like a mutha!!, 70 is too big for that setup, my buddy has the JG tb and it doesn't stick at all, id go that way...

Yes there is such a thing as too big. If your throttle body is too big it will unbalance your air/fuel/spark mixture, and you will actually end up losing power.
