81 Civic

I have an 81 civic 1.3l (blew a valve) and I was wondering how I can find out if the engine from my 85 accord (2.3l) would fit into my car. The mounts seem very close, but seems like an awful lot of work to find out its too big. Who do I talk to?? What shall I do. I have to rebuild the top end on my car, or I could swap them.

ahh personally i wouldnt know if a accord engine would fit...but if it did it might weigh the car down a lil so yeahh...

hmmm not to sure actually...perhaps someone who knows will post
