87 Classic Torsion problem

Hey all, i own n old school 87 civic, the old torsion bar setup ront. Springs for the rear is a piece of piss but i have no idea how to lower the front, if its a big job or what but im also told i may need to buy a new torsion rod, longer! true/false?
anyone wanna gme the run down n any step by steps wld be good.

turn the nut at the end of the torsion bar. turn it one way, it raises it. turn it the other, it lowers it.

thanks guys, sounds to simple?
im told on he orsion bar in there i can expect 30mm drop (just over n inch) ut if i want a 100 mm or 4inches il have to change the threaded bar. Anyone undertakin this b4?

I wouldn't recommend trying to go that low on your stock torsions.
