the engine in the picture is from 88-91 car which used electronic advance ignition system - your 87 Si used a vacuum advance ignition system

did you modify the wiring so that you could run the electronic advance?

what ECU do you have? - you would need an ECU that is compatible with the electronic advance, like 88-89 Integra PG7 - you can't use the 86-87 Integra PG7 as it was also for vacuum advance ignition

car was swapped when I bought it , $900 owner didnt know it was swapped, drove it all day and when you cranked it it would only rev to 1500 rpm , replaced the iacv, ecu, and dizzy now it only rev's to 3k... any ideas ?

pm7, it only throws the IACV code and Ive replaced it 2ce with known good ones, changed the dizzy, ecu, re-wired the iacv, still same shit 3k

not revving beyond 3k is usually a problem with the crank sensor in the distributor - either a bad distributor or something wrong with the wiring for the crank sensor - crank sensor code is 4 - are you sure you are counting the flashes correctly for the codes? does the ECU flash 14 times for the EACV? OBD0 D-series ECUs, like the PM7, only have short flashes, not long and short like the OBD0 B-series ECUs - if you are seeing one flash, pause, and then 4 flashes, you have codes 1 for O2 sensor and 4 for crank sensor, not 14 for EACV
