hey guys, this question is for a friend of mine whose 87 CRX SI does not want to start on certain occasions. It seems to be heat related.
The battery has been checked and load tested: passed.
Fuel pump and filter both replaced
spark plugs, distributor, ignition coil all recently (<5kmi) replaced
he says there was no oil on any plugs when he puleed them a few days ago to check.
He also has issues with a minor bit of stalling out just after starting and a misfire (jerk as he describes it) only after he passes 60 MPH.

After everything he has done im beggining to think injectors or fuel pressure reg. I dont know how to check fuel pressure so I havent been able to tell him yet. Any ideas would be a great help to a man about to shoot a rex

also the starting problem seems to get worse the more times he tries to start it. If the car stalls and he tries to start it right after, it will stall shortly after that, then wont even start the next time around.
