I have done the swap into an 88 CRX hf and I did not replace the pump. It runs fine, but I am also curious if it would run even better with a different pump?
Well, I was told that if you didn't it wouldn't run right.. and that was by a local shop around here.. but I had never heard of it before.. so I figured it wasnt necessary I'd just really like to know before i piss 200 bucks away haha
I have a 91 CRX dx model with a b18a1 motor and I didn't replace the stock fuel pump. Probably should have and I recommend that you do replace it, but it isn't necessary.
I guess my other question in addition to the original is.. would the stock 90-91 fuel pump out of an integra work in the crx or is there an aftermarket one that is possibly more reasonably priced also.. just out of curiosity?
