88' crx swap

i have a 88' crx hf and i wanna swap it with a fully rebuilt d16z6 but everyone tells me ima need a new wiring harness for the 94 ex coupe i got the motor out of to make it obd1...someone tell me how much i need for this and where i can get one

all you got to do is convert to obd1 and run like 2 wires i think 1 is for vtec the othe is for the pressure switch

yes thats it, but for more fun grab a non-vtec b series and stuff it into the hf, since its the lightest model, enjoy the torque and the bewilderment of the faces with the rsx guy with the k series in the next lane at the drag strip.

well my friend is the one workin on it for me and he said i need a new wiring harness cuz it wont hook up so i might have to get a harness out of the 94 civic coupe that i got the engine out of.....so if i did a complete swap into my 88' crx what do u guys think ill need?

you dont need a new harness you have everything you need already besides a jumper harness and 2 wires

the engine harness doesnt match up with the car harness i got the d16 out of a 94 coupe
