89 civic obdo to obd1 distributor help

i have a 89 civic hatch that has a b16s2 in it. it is running obd1 my buddy mabe me a jumper harness for the dizzy but it is throwing a cel code 9. i put 2 different dizzys on it still the same thing so i got a new one and yet still doing it. i have looked but i can not find anyrthing to help me so can some one help me. i just need to know what wires go where.

i just need a diagram of what wires go where.
 
well the car was a std and dpfi. i cant find any plugs that look the same that are under my hood. all i can find are mpfi to obd1. i need the wiring from the dpfi to obd1.
