swapping the B16A into the HF is just like swapping it into the Si, with the exception of having to swap out the knuckles/hubs for ones from a DX/Si/LX/EX in order to accomodate the larger axles - for axles you will need a 90-00 Integra passenger side axle and the driver's side axle will depend on which intermediate shaft you end up with - for the wiring, if you get an OBD0 engine, you just use your HF engine harness and add the necessary wires for VTEC, 2nd O2 sensor and knock sensor - everything else plugs right in and you will have a connector left over on the HF harness, that went to the EGR valve, which you won't need - you will need a PR3 or PW0 ECU
