89 crx with zc swap. HELP!

i swapped a 88-89 integra motor into a 89 crx hf. i used a 89 hf wiring harness, hf computer obd0, 89 hf distributor, car does not start. got fuel, spark, timing is on point. i dont know what else to do. help!
