two things...

89 Si newer head w/ vtec what HP numbers should i expect. stock power?

and second thing..
friend has a 91' 1.5l civic and he said if he bolts a d16 head on he will be making 130hp and running 9.99 in the 1/8. does this sound right to u guys. this is on all stock parts to. just a d15 block and d16 head.

the point was will the d16 make that big of a difference on a 91 d15 block. 80 some hp to 130?
9.99 in the 1/8 will probably be the same thing i run and i have turbo so thats why it seems unlikly to me.
