90 accord power problem

my friend has a 90 accord he put a new engine in and it turns over and everything but he isn't getting any power to the injectors does anyone know what the problem might be

are the injectors plugged in?

plugged into the ecu yes, into the injectors no

The injectors aren't plugged into themselves?

the wiring harness isn't plugged into the unjectors he used a test light. the first injector lights up but the other three dosen't.
