i own a 90 civic hatch, and i just bought a totaled 93 integra LS. I need a list, a big list. Im swapping the motor, breaks and a lot of other things. I wanted to know where to start...as far as what mounts, wiring...you know, kind of a step by step...

Try searching. Theres TONS of awsome info on this site dealing with LS swaps.
Since your new I'll lay out a simple list for you.

Hasport Billet Mounts for all your Mounts and Shift Linkage.
If you wanna retain A/C, they also have a nice custom bracket for I think $180.
You'll need to wire in the Knock sensor on the Civic harness.. OR. You can just use the integra harness completely.
Run the Integra ECU.
Use the Integra Axles.

As for the control arms/knuckles/brake assem.
Everything is bolt on.
I'd use your Lower Control Arm, as well as the Upper ones (Pretty sure on this one. I could be wrong.)
Proportioning valve, MC and Brake Booster from the Teg will all work. as a side note you don't swap hard-brake lines. they stay. you might need to slightly bend one or two for them to screw in to either the MC or Prop valve. just be careful not to close it up- hard-lines are easy to kink.

That should be about it.
Enjoy, and just take your time, research on this website, and do it RIGHT the first time
