90 Crx b16a2(Usdm) P30(Obd1) should i get a pr3

I saw online that pr3 is same as usdm p30 and my ecu is prob jdm...p30

my car idles weird sometimes... choppy and i throw a code when i drive in 5th

well...ive been searching for pinouts for my ecu...but all the links are dead for p30 ecu pinouts.... is there an ecu thats similar to mine? p28 maybe?

I cant get the codes..i have no dlc...how can i used the mil wire to jump to get my cel to blink?
