'90 CRX with B18A1...Rev Problems

I have a '90 CRX in it with a B18A1 out of a '91 integra, and we have all the wiring hooked up and have done all the vacuum lines and everything to specs of this website, even cleaned injectors, rail, new distributor and everything. Well, anyway, we are having a problem at around 2000 rpm and it is hesitating, but once it gets past 3000 rpm, the engine runs supurb...anyone know what is going on?

i have this same problem i have a 1991 civic 4 door with a 91 b18a1 and it hesatates until 3000 rpms does anyone know what this is from thanks
