I just got back from a morning out in the girlfriends 90 DX 4dr and I notice that when the car shifted (automatic) that there was an audible "clunk" that you could 'feel' and hear. I know this is something bad...can someone help me out? What is this..where do I begin? Thanks.

    need a little more info...

i'm guessing either the auto tranny is shitted, or perhaps you have a loose motor or tranny mount that could cause the engine to move and clunk during shifts...

no trannys toast my dx made the same noise then reverse went out then you had to rev and nt drop to get into first

yet another reason why not to turbo a d15a1 with a stock dx auto tranny
