90 integra b16 swap,,,help! !

ok i just got a 90 integra just the shell
and i got a B16 that was on a crx
so i took the mounts off and got stock 90-91 integra mounts(low money)
the engine mount bolted just fine but the tranny mount didnt bolt to the tranny all that well, its a s1 cable tranny. it has like 4/8ths of an inch to fit! why will it not fit to the tranny?? should it not fit right in?? what should i do??
