90 si hatch d15b swap idle problems

so yeah ive been driving my 90 si hatch with a d15b swap for like 6 months now. lately the idle has been jumpin a lil from 1000 up to bout 1300 rpms... it only does this for like a couple of minutes when im stopped then smooths out..any suggestions? ive checked vac. lines, fuel press..etc.

theres a sensor on the back side of the intake manifold, it will have 2 bolts holding it in, take it off and clean the little screen thats on the inside of it

this would be the iacv? i do have another one in my stash of misc. civic parts....thats pretty much the only thing i havent tried. PITA to get to tho..i gots a skunk2 intaje mani..leaves lil room if any
